Dr. Dubois provided a great visit, I was nervous to get a cleaning after many years and they were patient and eased my worries!

I’ve had several unexpected dental emergencies come up recently after having my wisdom teeth removed (not related to this office), and today I found myself needing a crown… on my birthday 😅 I also had a broken filling I wanted Dr. Dubois to check, and after taking a look, she recommended a root canal and crown for that tooth. We talked through all of my options in detail, especially considering my dental insurance had already run out for the year (of course 🙃). When I explained I couldn’t move forward with the root canal right now, she truly went above and beyond to find a solution that would work for me financially while still taking care of the issue. We came up with a plan together, and she was able to treat me the same day, which I appreciated more than I can say. On top of that, the experience was just genuinely special. The girl at the front desk turned out to be my birthday twin, and after my appointment, the staff sang happy birthday to both of us and even offered me cake. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected moment during what could have been a really stressful day. Dr. Dubois is knowledgeable, kind, and truly cares about her patients. I’m so grateful for the care I received and will absolutely continue coming here moving forward. Thank you, MMD 💕
