I’m here to write a review because I’ve had the (un)fortunate opportunity to get two root canals in the same year. These five stars go SPECIFICALLY to Dr. Thompson, Ebony, Christian, and his whole Endo team! They made me feel so at ease, treated me like one of their friends, and constantly checked in to make sure I was doing OK and not in pain. After my first root canal in August, I called the office to let them know how much I appreciated their team. When I went back today, I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by Ebony and Christian like old friends! They went above and beyond making me feel comfortable at times where I thought it was going to be unbearable. I was so glad to be able to thank them face-to-face for the previous root canal treatment and for this one as well because they maintained their same level of care and compassion throughout the whole process. Thank you again, Dr. Thompson, Ebony, Christian, and the Endo team! Also, Mouhamadou (the operation manager) was extremely helpful. I had to call back multiple times with questions after each procedure and he was always patient and understanding when I was confused or when I called back for the third time of the day.
